About

AIGA Chicago is one of the largest and most vital of AIGA’s 48 regional chapters, reflecting the energy of one of the most vibrant cities in America. AIGA Chicago has 1,200 members — seasoned professionals; business owners; educators; and students still imagining where design might lead them.

AIGA Chicago aims to support and enhance five processes that are critical to our membership and our profession:

  • Information
  • Communication
  • Inspiration
  • Validation
  • Representation

These goals are reflected in our programming (lectures, parties, and conferences) and communications (a journal and this web site). These efforts are coordinated by a volunteer board and a part-time chapter administrator. If you’d like to help us, please email me at president@aigachicago.org. Thank you for your interest.
